The Signature Rockwell Duo: Where the Grill Becomes the Gathering Place
Every great backyard party ends up in the same spot: in your outdoor kitchen, as near to the grill as one can get. But most grills aren’t built for that. It’s off in the corner, a tall lid blocks the view, and the cook ends up with their back to everyone. They’re missing out on all the fun.
That’s where The Signature Rockwell comes in — and now — it’s available as a “Duo”. With a cooking surface that is half grill, half griddle.
It’s the world’s first “social” grill and griddle with a disappearing lid, and it’s handcrafted to bring design and function to your outdoor gatherings.

Cook in the Round
When the lid disappears, nothing sits between the cook and the guests. You get a full 360° view, so whoever’s cooking can face the table, keep up with the conversation, and still watch the steaks. The Duo sits right in the middle of the party, where it belongs.
It sits on a handcrafted sapele wood base that feels more like fine furniture than a grill. It’s built to stand up to the weather and look great doing it.

Two Surfaces, One Statement Piece
The Duo gives you two ways to cook, side by side:
- Grill (right): 18.5″ x 18″ stainless steel grill grates powered by a 20,000 BTU patented Crossflame® burner.
- Griddle (left): A 17″ x 15.5″ stainless steel griddle plate powered by a 16,000 BTU patented Crossflame® burner.
The grill grates and griddle plate are both made of 300 series stainless steel, which eliminates hot spots and gives you even heat from edge to edge. That means you can sear burgers on one side while smash-frying onions, crisping bacon, or toasting buns on the other, all at once.
Signature Crimson and Beyond
The Duo comes in our exclusive Signature Crimson, a bold, nostalgic red inspired by a summer picnic table. It’s warm, it’s inviting, and it’s made for a crowd.
Want something different? The Signature Rockwell Duo is fully customizable in any True Caliber custom finish and hardware. You can pair it with True undercounter refrigeration for a matching luxury outdoor kitchen. What’s more, if you’re more of a grill- or griddle-only chef, you can get The Signature Rockwell as a dedicated grill or griddle.

Made to Go Where the Party Is
The Duo is freestanding, so you get to choose how it’s set up:
- Locking casters if you want to roll it wherever the party is.
- Levelers if you want a permanent spot on your patio.
It doesn’t need external power. Integrated piezo ignition lights it instantly and reliably, whether it’s next to the pool or at the far end of the yard.

Can I use the grill and griddle at the same time?
